“Not Quite Yours” by Barcelona
I first saw Barcelona in a small room in Des Moines a few years ago and fell in love with their music. It was so…epic. When I heard the first two songs off of this album, I was really disappointed. It just feels so stiff. As the album goes on, it gets better and explores some different sounds, but I prefer their first work, “Absolutes,” much more.
